We are a family-owned urban farm located in Bulverde, Texas. We aim to bring healthy greens into individuals' homes through our dedication to using high-quality materials and seeds. While microgreens are tiny in size, they are concentrated in nutrients. Numerous studies have shown that microgreens have up to 40x the nutrients as the mature leaves of the same plant. What was once used as a garnish on a plate is now a shining star that can be added to any meal or smoothie. There are no limits on how to eat these flavorful greens!
